The Victoria High School Seismic Upgrade and Addition project included a comprehensive seismic upgrade of the historic 1913 building, involving substantial demolition, hazmat removal, and replacement of a significant portion of existing architectural, mechanical, and electrical systems. Additionally, extensive heritage restoration efforts were undertaken to rejuvenate the building’s exterior. Furthermore, seismic upgrading of the 1955 addition was also part of the project. In addition to these upgrades, the project included a two-story expansion spanning approximately 1,000 square meters, aimed at creating new teaching spaces to meet the evolving needs of the school community.  Victoria, BC, 2020 – 2024
