Rose Garden Cottage – Royal Roads University

The renovation of the Rose Garden Cottage at Royal Roads University involved upgrading the existing building to accommodate the Cascade Institute and serve as a central hub for globally recognized research activities at RRU. This renovation project has provided the necessary space for the Cascade Institute, as well as repurposing 300 square meters for a research hub, information learning space, and research offices. In addition to these enhancements, the upgrades encompassed seismic improvements, sustainability initiatives, and enhanced accessibility measures. Victoria, BC, 2022-2023
