This project consisted of asbestos abatement in the Eric Martin Pavilion in several areas including: ceiling slab and from overspray onto ductwork and electrical boxes within the ceiling plenum. Replacement of the perimeter induction heating/ ventilation system for ceiling plenum installed VAV ventilation system, replacement of the metric suspended ceiling with an imperial system, that included replacing the light fixtures, speakers, etc. Replacement of the copper piped sprinkler system, flooring, repainting of walls, and the installation of a temporary life safety system for the duration of the construction.
