This project involved renovation and seismic upgrading to the existing Cedar Building at Royal Roads University to consolidate and accommodate approximately 32 IT staff. The renovated building now provides new open and enclosed offices, meeting areas and classroom space. The areas identified for renovation included seismic upgrades, electrical and mechanical upgrades including reconfiguration and updating of washrooms to current codes and reconfiguration of spaces to accommodate the functional programming.
