The Construction Management (CM) process is a team approach to the overall construction progression where the construction manager takes the overall responsibility of planning, executing and delivering the construction project from preconstruction through to post construction. The early selection of a Construction Manager brings the knowledge, skill and experience of a contractor to a team of Owners, Architects and Consultants during the preconstruction phase.
