We are a Victoria-based construction management firm with over 40 years of experience delivering complex projects across Vancouver Island. We specialize in project and construction management for public and private clients, managing projects ranging from $500,000 to $85 million. Known for our collaborative approach, technical strength, and commitment to integrity, we prioritize real relationships and lasting results. Now expanding across Western Canada, we’re bringing our Island-born culture and trusted reputation to new communities.

Virtually all our projects over the past 40+ years have been delivered under the construction management model as we do not undertake any general contracting or trade contracting work. This dedicated approach gives us a deep understanding of the management principles required to consistently meet budget, schedule, and program objectives.
