The project consists of 2 levels of underground parking, 180,000 square feet of mixed usage development with 54 upscale condominiums, 54 hotel units, fitness centre, spa, retail and a marine museum/ecology centre. Sidney B.C. Construction commenced April 2005 and was completed May 2007. Construction value $42,000,000.
