This project consisted of 27 boutique residences in Victoria’s downtown design district. The project features a 5 storey wood frame mixed use building including a ground level parkade, retail space, a bike co-op, a second floor Zen Garden and four floors of residential suites; Victoria, BC. Total project value $5,400,000.
