This project involved the asbestos abatement and seismic upgrade of the fully occupied three storey Cornett Building. The project was completed in two phases and included sealing and isolating the construction zone to facilitate on going classes. Phase 1 at $305,000 was completed in September 2002 and Phase 2 at $1,100,000 was completed in September 2003.
